More than a batizado DVD. This DVD is more than a film of a Batizado, it is a celebration of Brazilian culture by many talented and gifted professional entertainers. Performances are given in Maculele, Samba, and Capoeira by Mestres: Efraim, Galuber and professor Pinga Fogo and includes and amazing performance by international performer Mestre Cabello and his wife Mestra Tisza. There is a performance in Afoxe, and segments of workshops given by several noted capoeira mestres. Included are interview shorts by many of the mestres and professors and best of all a bounty of impressive capoeira by mestres, professors, and students from across the spectrum. This is not another batizado video, it is a testament to the richness of the Brazilian Culture.
